The Lodge guarantees the reservation with a payment of 50% before your arrival.

NOTE: It is an essential requirement to present an identity document at the time of registration: passports for foreigners, citizenship card for nationals, childrens identity card and civil registry for infants.

Our rooms and areas with a roof are smoke-free: keep in mind that if you decide to smoke inside the room, COP $150,000 will be charged to your lodging account for ozonation. According to resolution 1596 of March 30, 2008 of the Ministry of Social Protection, smoking is prohibited in closed spaces.

Breakfast at the Cúspide premises.

Glamping requires payment of 100% of your stay upon arrival.

There is only capacity for an extra bed in the dome.

During the special season of Holy Week and Easter (Apr. 14 – Apr. 17), a minimum stay of 2 nights is required and the full rate applies.

The rest of the year a minimum stay of 1 night is required.

Minors   may not stay in any of the roomstions without the company of a parent or adult with authorization.

PROTECTION OF MINORS: Colombian laws protect minors from all forms of exploitation and sexual violence caused by national or foreign tourists. Violations of this principle carry the criminal and administrative sanctions provided for in Law 679 of August 3, 2001.

Children's Policy: In compliance with laws 1329 and 1336 of 2009, all minors must be accompanied by their parents at the time of registration, they must present the minor's identity document where it is possible to verify kinship. In the event that the minor does not stay with his parents, the hotel will request an authenticated letter in which they authorize the entry of the minor with the accompanying adult.

Lodge accepts pets only at Glamper Pet–Friendly unless weather conditions allow for other accommodation.

Special care with your pet:

Cúspide is a place for the conservation of the region´s biodiversity in its different forms (flora & fauna). It is important that your furry one take care of both the plants and the animals in the environment (birds, chickens, ducks, geese, cats, dogs, etc.).

We are a boutique-type lodge, which is why care must be given to linen, beds, cushions, decoration, towels, etc.

We are not responsible for possible accidents that put the health or life of your pet at risk, as well as possible discomfort or incidents that your pet may cause to other guests. In the same way, any damage caused by your pet will be your responsibility and will be charged to your account.

Bring your grooming kit for your dog, such as wet wipes to keep your furry one clean.

Once your reservation is confirmed, the guest accepts all the terms and conditions of Glamping Cúspide and its cancellation policy.

The Lodge has Internet access exclusively in the reception area, for which some guests may experience inconvenience.
It is an excellent way to disconnect and enjoy the view and the natural environment!

Cancellation policy

Please read our cancellation and payment policies carefully.
In In case you want to cancel your reservation, it must be through the email glampingcuspide@gmail.com
Reservations must be canceled or modified 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of your total reservation. In this case, no refund will be made. 
During the special Christmas season (Dec. 19-Jan. 10) as well as Holy Week and Easter (Apr. 14 – Apr. 17), reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance.
Glamping requires a period of 20 days after cancellation to issue a full refund.
In case of no-show on the reserved arrival day (no Show), you will be charged the full cost of your stay and additional services previously contracted.
In extreme cases of natural disasters such as  earthquake, riots or fires, your reservation deposit will be refunded.
Refunds are subject to a $35,000 pesos administrative fee.
