We believe that through cooking we can rescue our ancestors ceremonial attitude where they use to approach food with deep gratitude and to share in community.

GRATA was born to represent the bonfire, which gives light to the divine sustenance as food that restores us, nourish us and bring us back to life.

We bet on ingredients and recipes that rescue the exquisite Andean flavors! With mostly organic, fresh food grown by peasant hands from our region.
